Please notify us of any discrepancies or damaged goods within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to return or exchange unwanted, faulty, or damaged items, the details of how to return or exchange are set out below.
Returns
You can return goods for exchange or refund within 28 days from the date of delivery.
All items must be returned with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN), in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
Goods should be returned within 7 days from the date you request a Returns Authorization Number.
If goods are faulty or damaged in transit, we will exchange them free of charge or provide a full refund, provided they are returned within 7 days of arranging a RAN.
Unwanted items can be returned because you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Outside this period, unwanted items are subject to a 10% administration and restocking fee. Collection charges may also apply if you do not send the item yourself.
ACL ENGINEERING ENDÜSTRIYEL MAKİNA LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ will not accept returns for non-faulty items that are not in original and re-sellable condition.
ACL ENGINEERING ENDÜSTRIYEL MAKİNA LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ will not accept returns after 28 days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have passed a quality control check.
Please ensure you have read and understood the return or exchange process before sending goods back.
Refunds
All items must be returned to us following the guidelines above before a refund or replacement is issued.
Refunds will normally be made within 72 hours of the date of cancellation notice.
We will process the refund back into your account.
Your refund may not be made in full if you cancel your order after 7 days of receiving your goods.
For faulty goods, or cancellations within 7 days of receiving the goods, you will receive a full refund as explained above.
Consumer Rights
