Returns Policy Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 Return Time Frame 

  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Process Step 1: Initiate a Return Contact us with the following details: 

  • Order ID
  • Item details
  • Reason for return

 Step 2: Prepare the Item 

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

 Step 3: Return Authorization 

  • Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status within 2 business days.

 Refund Process 

  1. Approval: After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  2. Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 2 business days.
    • The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges 

  • Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged.
  • Replacement will be provided for the same product only, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item: 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
  • Return shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by Andra Industrial Supplies.

Cancellation Policy Immediate Cancellation (Within 24 Hours) 

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • To cancel, please contact us immediately and provide:

    • Contact details

 Cancellations After 24 Hours (Before Shipment) 

  • If the order has not yet shipped, cancellation requests may still be considered.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

 Cancellation After Shipment 

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If cancellation is required, please follow the Returns Policy after receiving the item.
